Job summary

Orise, a unit of ATS Automation Tooling Systems, is seeking a Global Key Account Manager to own strategic customer relationships in the data centre sector. Based in Houston with global scope, you will drive revenue growth by tailoring infrastructure solutions to multi-country environments.

You will work with CoEs, operations, and regional teams, lead complex offers, and apply ABM to deepen engagement across APAC. Willingness to travel regularly is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in Key Account Management within data centre industry or solution selling.
• Strong technical understanding of data centre infrastructure solutions and services.
• Experience managing large strategic customer accounts across multiple countries or regions.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop long-term strategic relationships with assigned key accounts across the APAC region.
• Represent the end-to-end Orise data centre value proposition, including services and solutions.
• Lead and coordinate development of complex offers, including commercial proposals and contract negotiations.
• Drive order intake, turnover, and gross margin performance for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with local account teams, operations, marketing, and other internal stakeholders.
• Apply Account-Based Marketing (ABM) methodologies to deepen customer engagement.
