Job summary

Pavion is seeking a talented Service Program Manager to join our security business unit and lead data center service operations across the country. You will drive growth, manage scheduling and resources, and mentor field personnel while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in service management within security tech, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Travel up to 30% is expected to support national service operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in service management, preferably in security technology.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using service management software and tools.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to travel up to 30% out of state as needed to support national service operations.

Responsibilities

• Driving the growth of the Data Center Service business through proactive customer engagement and operational excellence.
• Managing service operations, scheduling, and resource planning to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Developing and mentoring service personnel while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Partnering with Sales, Program Management, and Operations to identify and pursue additional service opportunities within existing and new customer accounts.
• Establishing consistent service delivery processes, performance metrics, and financial accountability to improve profitability and customer retention.
• Supporting strategic expansion into new markets as our Data Center Service portfolio continues to grow.
