Primary Responsibilities:
  • Driving the growth of the Data Center Service business through proactive customer engagement and operational excellence.
  • Managing service operations, scheduling, and resource planning to ensure timely and efficient execution.
  • Developing and mentoring service personnel while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Partnering with Sales, Program Management, and Operations to identify and pursue additional service opportunities within existing and new customer accounts.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in service management, preferably in the security technology industry

  • Proficiency in using service management software and tools
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to travel up to 30% out of state as needed to support national service operations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the electronic security integration, service industry or a closely related field.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Proven experience leading and developing service teams across a large geographic region.
  • Strong operational leadership skills with experience managing field service personnel, scheduling, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
  • Experience supporting mission‑critical environments, data centers, or other high‑availability facilities is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build high‑performing teams, improve operational processes, and drive service business growth.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Program Management, Operations, and Executive Leadership to support strategic business objectives.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 annually. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
