Job summary

Pavion Corp in Ashburn, VA, a global leader in fire, security, and critical communications, seeks a Service Program Manager to lead our Data Center Service operations with a focus on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

You will drive service delivery, mentor field teams, and partner with Sales, Program Management, and Operations to expand profitable service opportunities across national accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in service management, preferably in security technology.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for national service operations.

Responsibilities

• Driving the growth of the Data Center Service business through proactive customer engagement and operational excellence.
• Managing service operations, scheduling, and resource planning to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Developing and mentoring service personnel while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Partnering with Sales, Program Management, and Operations to identify and pursue additional service opportunities within existing and new customer accounts.
• Establishing consistent service delivery processes, performance metrics, and financial accountability to improve profitability and customer retention.
• Supporting strategic expansion into new markets as our Data Center Service portfolio continues to grow.
