Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee construction projects for a global technology client’s data center. You will plan, coordinate, and manage design, installation, procurement, and commissioning of critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure, ensuring on-time delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams, enforce safety/quality standards, and communicate complex information to clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Licensure as PE or RA desired; PMP/LEED beneficial.
• Mission critical facilities MEP infrastructure experience necessary; data center experience strongly desired.
• Proficiency in project management software; Google Suite beneficial.
• Leadership and organizational skills to drive teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee review, coordination, and integration of MEP designs with project plans.
• Manage project costs, develop schedules, and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Ensure work aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
• Act as liaison between clients, engineers, facilities, and construction teams to integrate systems.
• Supervise MEP contractors, monitor progress, and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Prepare risk assessments and status reports; recommend funds release and adjust resources.
• Lead by example consistent with CBRE RISE values and align stakeholders.
