Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Data Center Mechanical Technical Program Manager to oversee design upgrades and retrofits of facility mechanical systems for mission-critical environments. You will build internal and external design teams, create a shared execution plan, and supervise external design partners through construction activities.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of data center mechanical engineering, experience in HVAC systems, and a track record in large-scale project

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferred: Master's Degree and / or Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Need industrial or commercial HVAC experience.

Responsibilities

  • Identify stakeholders, plan objectives, estimate durations, align schedules and dependencies.
  • Monitor progress and risks, propose mitigations, align stakeholders on de-risking strategies.
  • Publish program metrics to drive decision making and team consensus.
  • Lead cross-functional program teams and governance across projects and timelines.
  • Design and deliver optimized program communication plans for executives and partners.
