Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager (MEP) to oversee reporting, time, cost, risk and scope management for large data center projects. You will coordinate with design consultants, main contractors and the Employer to deliver on-programme, on-cost and on-quality outcomes.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in project management for data centers, strong leadership, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Office. Fluency in English is essential and other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management or electrical/mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in data centers.
• Proficient with project management concepts and tools.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost planning, procurement, design and construction management through handover.
• Ensure on-programme, on-cost, on-quality delivery of services.
• Manage communications among stakeholders and report to Employer.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and stage sign-offs.
