Job summary

Meta designs, builds, leases, and operates the world’s most efficient data centers. We seek a Strategic Partnerships Manager to grow Meta’s global data center portfolio, advancing AI initiatives and capacity through partnerships with financial institutions, developers, and asset owners.

You will lead cross-functional teams to structure and negotiate investments, manage partner pipelines, and drive risk-aware, cost-efficient expansion. Travel 15%+ as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a directly related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-8 years in PE, investment banking, or real estate development with infrastructure focus.
• Proven track record in large multi-party deals and capital projects.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to influence executives in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the strategic partnerships program by identifying and evaluating potential development partners to enable future data center capacity growth
• Lead financial modeling, valuation, and sensitivity analysis of investments to ensure viability and alignment with objectives
• Partner with design, engineering, construction, and legal teams to execute plans meeting capacity targets
• Support structuring, negotiating, and executing complex investment partnerships and framework agreements
• Manage partner pipelines, track supply opportunities, and deliver capacity targets with cost-efficiency and flexibility
• Contribute to strategic approach for new capacity development, assisting risk mitigation and contingency planning
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed (15%+) to maintain partner relationships and progress projects
