Job summary

Meta designs, builds, and operates data center infrastructure worldwide. The Data Center Development Manager will join the Global Site Development team to lead site selection, entitlements, and development, coordinating with legal, tax, engineering and construction partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of site development experience or equivalent in large infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects with internal staff and external partners.
• Proficient with common PM tools and Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Drive entitlements processes (zoning, land use permitting) to meet timelines.
• Lead diligence and development of prospective sites and assess risks and opportunities.
• Organize communications and tracking across stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Site Selection Manager to align internal stakeholders.
• Support project recommendations for management and portfolio strategy.
• Travel 25-50% to support site development and deployment.
