Job summary

Meta is seeking a Program Development Manager for Data Center Design and Construction in Menlo Park to lead end-to-end planning for new builds and lease projects that power AI and billions of users. You will own budgeting, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination with finance, site acquisition, energy, and design teams to deliver complex programs.

Influence decisions at scale with executive-level communication, drive process improvements, and shape the portfolio strategy for multi-project

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction management.
• Experience managing large-scale programs (data centers or mission-critical facilities).
• Strong financial acumen—budgets at hundreds of millions.
• Expert scheduling capability (P6, MS Project) with critical-path analysis.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning for New Build and Lease projects, including cost estimating and site evaluations.
• Drive strategy to meet capacity demand and optimize scheduling/budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functionally between Site Acquisition, Energy, Finance, Capacity Planning, Design and Construction.
• Perform strategic analysis of the pipeline to optimize site sequencing and delivery timelines.
• Present recommendations and trade-offs to leadership to meet capacity plans.
