Qualifications

• 12+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or partner management.
• Experience in the messaging business or digital advertising preferred.
• Proven experience closing complex multi-stakeholder negotiations.
• Cross-functional program management across product, legal, finance and operations.
• Experience leading multiple accounts or programs across regions.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic North America partnerships, aligning partner objectives with Meta's platform priorities.
• Influence strategy and roadmap for large-scale partnership programs to expand scope and revenue channels.
• Lead multi-party negotiations on partnership agreements and joint go-to-market initiatives with senior executives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to structure scalable, compliant partnership deals.
• Develop frameworks to rapidly assess opportunities and set strategic priorities.
• Translate platform capabilities into compelling partner value propositions aligned to business models.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions to meet mutual commitments.
• Cascade strategic communications to the team and partner stakeholders.
• Mentor team members on partnership development and AI-assisted workflows.
