Qualifications

• 4+ years of Information Technology (IT) experience or a Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering/math or equivalent
• 2+ years of people management experience
• 2+ years of operations and on-call support for data center facilities or production facilities

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign trouble tickets to data center technicians and operators
• Manage the performance of diverse teams across locations
• Develop career paths for employees and update internal tools
• Recruit and train data technicians for appropriate staffing levels
• Ensure 24/7 data center operations including queue management and hardware logistics
• Be the subject matter expert across data center operations
