Qualifications

• 4+ years IT experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of operations and on-call support for data center facilities.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign trouble tickets to data center technicians and operators.
• Manage performance of diverse teams across locations.
• Developing career paths and updating internal tools.
• Recruit and train data technicians to ensure staffing levels.
• Oversee day-to-day data center operations, including 24/7 shifts.
• Lead large-scale events and act as the on-call lead.
