Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse data center operations team across locations.
• Develop career paths and train staff; recruit technicians.
• Oversee day-to-day ops, queue management, and 7/24 shift coverage.
• Coordinate on-call schedules; act as the call leader during outages.
• Drive process improvements, documentation, and policy updates.
• Travel between active data center sites as needed; support multiple facilities.
