Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years IT experience or Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Math or equivalent.
• 2+ years people management experience.
• 2+ years of operations and on-call support for data center facilities or production facilities.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign trouble tickets to data center technicians and operators.
• Manage performance of diverse data center operation teams across locations.
• Develop and drive career planning for data center teams.
• Lead recruiting and onboarding efforts.
• Lead performance management activities for team members.
• Manage and deliver mid-size projects.
• Ensure day-to-day data center operations including queue management and 24/7 shift planning.
