Job summary

You will mentor staff, sponsor projects, and drive strategies to improve reliability, efficiency, and security while owning incident response and on-call leadership. The role requires travel between facilities, strong technical background in hardware, networks, and operations, and a proven track record in managing diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years IT experience in data center environments.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of operations and on-call support for data center facilities.
• Ability to travel between data center locations.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign trouble tickets to data center technicians and operators.
• Manage the performance of diverse teams across locations.
• Develop career paths and update internal tools.
• Recruit and train data technicians to ensure staffing levels.
• Oversee day-to-day data center operations including 24/7 shift coverage.
• Lead large scale events and act as call leader.
• Improve workflows and drive automation.
