Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical physical infrastructure; ensure high quality work with no customer impact
• Manage teams of 24x7 engineering technicians
• Lead improvement projects from conception to completion
• Coordinate daily with third party vendors to meet SLAs
• Manage operations budget and expenditures
• Serve as afterhours on-call Data Center Facility Manager and drive issue investigation, mitigation and recovery
