Responsibilities

• Prioritize and coordinate data center operations tasks across multiple sites
• Lead a diverse team of data center operation professionals
• Develop career paths and training plans for staff
• Recruit and train data technicians to ensure staffing levels
• Manage day-to-day data center operations including shift scheduling and hardware logistics
• Drive process improvements and automation within data centers
• Oversee large-scale events and serve as call leader
• Maintain on-call schedules and coordinate vacations
• Ensure KPIs and performance targets are met
• Protect safety, security, and reliability of data center services
• Support facility development and travel as needed
