Qualifications

• 8+ years of network engineering experience in large-scale data center deployments.
• Experience with incident management, change control, and operational tooling.
• Experience collaborating with facilities, real estate, and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage deployment and ongoing support of large-scale network infrastructure across data centers.
• Escalation point for technical issues and provides hands-on guidance to resolve problems swiftly.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partner teams, vendors, and MSPs.
• Collaborate with engineering, data center, backbone, AI, and equipment vendors to drive innovation.
• Ensure that project timelines for network turn-ups are met and milestones achieved.
• Drive deployment quality assurance via field walks, ENS Network Readiness Checklists, audits.
• Distribute deployment workload among team members based on projections and KPIs.
• Drive operational efficiency across policies, processes, and procedures with a focus on standards.
• Identify root causes and implement process enhancements and automation solutions.
• Lead standardization and best practices and manage technical contractors and MSPs.
• Oversee site budgets and controls for network build and operations.
• Lead by example and mentor team members.
