Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of general contractor and vendor management experience for large, complex projects.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) plants and construction management.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Owns project scope, quality, schedule, and budget for new builds or capital projects.
• Direct interface with contractors during bidding, award, execution, and closeout phases.
• Manage construction documents, RFIs, change orders, and invoicing.
• Drive cost, schedule, and quality performance on data center construction projects.
