Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or an equivalent engineering science OR 9 years of related construction management experience in lieu of a degree.
• 6+ years of relevant experience constructing and managing complex MEP systems, including large-scale power distribution/generation gear and cooling systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct interface with construction general contractors during bidding, award, execution, and closeout phases.
• Conduct negotiations with general contractors and evaluate bids with detail and accuracy.
• Create construction project scope and requests for proposals; manage project budget and schedule.
• Perform financial analysis of construction; manage projects to increase resiliency of data centers.
• Oversee constructability reviews of electrical and mechanical designs for new or optimized data centers.
