Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with field marketing or demand generation focus in cybersecurity buyers.
• Hands-on background in security (practitioner, sales engineer, or product marketer) is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI ecosystems and how enterprises adopt AI products.
• Experience marketing trust-sensitive or dual-use products where responsible deployment is central.
• Established relationships in security communities: CISOs, analysts, and event organizers.
• Experience marketing to regulated industries or public sector buyers.
• Experience working with security technology partners and MSSPs or global SIs.

Responsibilities

• Own the global cybersecurity field marketing plan, defining reach to CISOs, practitioners, and buying committees across customer segments.
• Align with the sales organization worldwide; build programs to expand footprints and open new opportunities.
• Partner with product & solutions marketing to turn cyber use cases into campaigns and events.
• Develop strategies and tools (playbooks, kits, speaker guidance) for regional field marketers in Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Design and run flagship cybersecurity moments in the field at major events and executive roundtables.
• Serve as field lead for integrated campaigns; extend global campaigns into regional programs with credibility and revenue linkage.
• Measure pipeline influence, account expansion, and program attribution with Marketing Ops.
• Protect the brand with credible, Defender-focused messaging and avoid fear-based tactics.
