Anthropic is seeking a Field Marketing Lead, Cybersecurity, to drive global field marketing programs targeting CISOs, practitioners, and security teams. You will partner with Sales, Product Marketing, solutions marketing, and cybersecurity experts to turn positioning into campaigns and events that build awareness and demand.

Your remit spans the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, with a preference for candidates based in San Francisco or New York.

Responsibilities

• Own the global cybersecurity field marketing plan and define reach to CISOs, practitioners, and buying committees.
• Align with sales worldwide to target accounts, expand footprint, and arm account teams.
• Partner with product marketing and cybersecurity experts to turn use cases into campaigns.
• Develop field tools: playbooks, program kits, speaker guidance, and event recommendations.
• Design regional programs in Americas, EMEA, and APAC for local campaigns.
• Run flagship cybersecurity moments: executive roundtables, CISO dinners, workshops, at major events.
• Serve as cybersecurity field lead for integrated campaigns and extend global campaigns locally.
• Bring voice of security buyer back to Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership.
• Measure pipeline and program attribution; ensure campaigns get investment.
• Protect the brand with technical accuracy; avoid fear-based messaging.
