Customs regulations and import requirements. The role focuses on managing import entries, handling ACE portal workflows, processing duties payments, responding to CBP requests, maintaining records, and partnering with other teams to deliver accurate, timely

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, customs brokerage, or related field.
• Strong understanding of import documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process import entries and documentation through the ACE portal.
• Process ACH duty payments accurately and efficiently.
• Manage and respond to CF28 and CF29 requests for information.
• Review, analyze, and validate import documentation to ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and PGA requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with Customs regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly.
• Serve as the primary customs contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and drive issues through resolution.
