Job summary

Hillebrand Gori - A company of DHL is seeking a Customs Entry Writer to ensure compliance with federal and foreign regulations for imported products and to process entries with U.S. Customs.

You will analyze documents, compute tariffs, and collaborate with internal teams and external customers to achieve efficient clearance of shipments. The role emphasizes mastery of CBP procedures, HTS databases, and providing trusted customs advice while maintaining high accuracy and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in shipping/logistics/supply chain management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process documents through the ACE portal.
• Process ACH Duty payments.
• Handle CF28/CF29 requests for information.
• Work with other departments to deliver high level of service to customers.
• Maintain recordkeeping as required by US Customs rules and regulations.
• Direct ownership of customer SOPs and HTS databases for compliance.
