Responsibilities

• Receives import files to clear through Customs.
• Ensure import clearance files comply with US Customs regulations.
• Resolve and communicate clearance issues with internal teams and customers.
• Prioritize shipments based on ETA or other factors.
• Process customs bonds and steel licenses as needed.
• Communicate entry release and ensure invoicing accuracy.
• Assist with new customer implementation and regulatory updates.
