Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a customs brokerage entry writer.
• Strong understanding of U.S. Customs regulations (air & ocean, import/export).
• Detail-oriented with top-notch communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with U.S. Customs, PGA, and Federal regulations.
• Prioritize shipments based on ETA, service level, and transport mode.
• File and review import customs entries, including ISF and AES transmissions.
• Prepare, review, and manage documentation in line with company and legal requirements.
• Accurately create, update, and bill orders.
• Maintain excellent communication with customers and internal teams.
