Job summary

Brink’s U.S. seeks a Customs DDB Entry Specialist who serves as the liaison for internal Brinks Brokerage, import/export teams, customers, and US Customs. You will administer, validate and process documentation for imports/exports and guide shipments through the U.S.

customs clearance process. Responsibilities include preparing entries, handling documents, reviewing origin and valuation, maintaining client relationships, and staying updated on regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• 2 years FTZ/customs clearance or related freight forwarding experience.
• 2+ years using Outlook, Word and Excel; other industry software beneficial.
• Be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customs entries and manage clearance communications.
• Scan, file, and assemble required documents for shipments.
• Review and ensure accuracy of country of origin, terms of sale, and valuations.
• Maintain client relationships and stay current with customs changes.
• Process post-entry actions including rulings and refunds.
