Brink's Inc is seeking a Customs DDB Entry Specialist to serve as the liaison for internal Brinks Brokerage Company and US Customs. The role administers, compiles, validates, and processes import/export documentation for US shipments and customs clearance for Brinks clients.

The position offers hourly pay in the $23-$33 range with comprehensive benefits and equal opportunity employment. Applicants should have FTZ/customs experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or FTZ customs clearance.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Bachelor’s Degree or brokerage certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customs entries and follow the clearance process.
• Maintain documents and file records, including bills of lading and licenses.
• Communicate discrepancies with clients and supervisors.
• Review rates, product movement, and export documentation for compliance.
• Stay current on changes in customs regulations.
