Job summary

Brink’s Global Services seeks a Customs FTZ Entry Specialist to liaise with internal import/export teams and US Customs at JFK Airport, Springfield Gardens, NY. You will administer, validate, and process documentation for importing/exporting shipments and navigate the customs clearance process for BGS customers.

Responsibilities include preparing entries, coordinating with clients, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the freight forwarding lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years FTZ/customs clearance experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customs entries and follow up with clearance.
• Scan, file, copy, and assemble documents.
• Handle FTZ admission, inventory and removals.
• Communicate discrepancies to client/supervisor.
• Review rates, file entries with Customs, and advise on valuation.
