Job summary

Brink's is seeking a Customs DDB Entry Specialist to act as the liaison for the internal Brinks Brokerage Company, import/export departments, customers, and US Customs. You will administer, compile, validate, and process documentation for importing/exporting shipments and manage the customs clearance process for Brinks customers.

The role requires at least 2 years in freight forwarding or FTZ/customs work, with strong MS Outlook/Word/Excel skills and attention to regulatory details.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in freight forwarding or FTZ/customs clearance work.
• Proficient with MS Outlook/Word/Excel and related software.
• Bachelor’s degree or brokerage certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customs entries and follow-up with the clearance process.
• Scan, file, and assemble documents for shipments.
• Handle duties from duty drawback files start to finish.
