Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Customs brokerage.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Experience with ACE Secure Data Portal.

Responsibilities

• Review Customs documents filed with CBP for accuracy.
• Verify classification and valuation with the importer when needed.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations.
• Obtain documents to support claims or disclaims.
• Ensure timely payment of duties and taxes.
• Maintain documentation under applicable regulations.
• Monitor clearances and resolve delays or issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, brokers and agencies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs procedures.
• Attend trainings and implement procedures.
