Maersk is seeking a CHB Operations Associate to manage end-to-end customs brokerage for a portfolio of accounts. You will prepare US customs entries, file PGA filings, and coordinate with carriers, government agencies, and internal teams to ensure compliant, timely deliveries.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Prepare and submit U.S. Customs entries and PGA filings.
• Manage entry files in line with KPIs and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams for timely clearance.
• Track inbound shipments from arrival to delivery and address delays.
• Assist with billing processes and operational reporting.
