Expeditors is recruiting for a Customs Brokerage professional in Oklahoma. The role focuses on developing the brokerage product across Operations, Finance, Sales, People, Systems, and Culture, while aligning with policy and procedures.

You will handle classifications, license oversight, and customer retention efforts in a dynamic, service‑oriented team. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in customs brokerage, a broker license, and strong English communication.

Formación

• 3–5 years of Customs Brokerage experience preferred.
• Licensed Customs Broker preferred.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, incoterms and classification.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure correct classification instructions for shipments.
• Monitor duty deferment usage and levels.
• Monitor license/visa applications.
• Ensure new business is transitioned correctly.
• Make regular retention/sales calls.
• Maintain relationships with the Trade Compliance Manager.
• Promote productivity tools and process enhancements.
• Audit files for compliance (AEO).
• Follow up refunds with customs authorities.
• Manage customs system and reporting.
• Provide content for customer reviews on duty/vat.
• Lead system changes and department improvements.
• Assist supervisor with goal setting and staff development.
