Job summary

Expeditors is seeking a detail-oriented Customs Brokerage Specialist to ensure timely shipment processing, accurate data entry, and precise billing. You will adhere to OPS and regulatory requirements while supporting cross-functional teams to meet KPI targets.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2 years in customs/compliance, and strong communication and organizational skills. Training opportunities and growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years Customs Brokerage/Compliance experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes
• High level of organizational skills and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate shipment processing according to procedures
• Timely and accurate data entry into operational systems
• Timely and accurate billing and accounting to customers
• Manage customs entries and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations
• Support cross-functional teams to meet KPI targets
• Maintain data integrity and monitor exception reports
• Comply with OPS and government regulations
