The role focuses on ensuring smooth customs processes, accurate data entry, and compliant handling of import/export activities with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Qualified candidates will have knowledge of customs brokerage, documentation across ocean/air/road modes, and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of customs brokerage process and legislation.
• Familiarity with ocean, road and air documentation.
• Proactive, organized, and computer-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely customs process flow.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system.
• Track and Trace Custom files and reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely client billing.
• Interpret import/export Desk Operating Procedure for customer instructions and expectations.
• Transfer customs declaration information into the customs entry system.
• Assist with verification and submission of declarations to customs authority.
• Ensure compliance at all times to regulations.
