• Minimum 3-5 years of Customs Broker’s experience including a minimum of 1-2 years in a management level.
• Proven supervisory attitude and ability to lead teams.
• Effective communication clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.

Responsibilities

• Identify with manager, develop and mentor your No. 2.
• Allocate workloads within team to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure team meets standard training requirements.
• Ensure new hires complete mandatory training within 6 months.
