You will lead brokerage teams, advise clients on tariff classifications, and collaborate with customs authorities to drive efficiency. The role requires a Bachelor's in a logistics field and a strong track record in regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related logistics field.
• 5+ years in customs brokerage within freight forwarding, with 2–3 years in management.
• Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) designation preferred.
• Proven experience leading a regional or centralized customs brokerage hub.
• Expertise in HTS classification, U.S. Customs regulations and trade compliance.
• Strong analytical thinking, leadership, and ERP proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee import/export compliance and required documentation (ACE/CARM).
• Ensure timely clearance of cargo in full regulatory compliance.
• Lead brokerage teams and provide guidance to clients on classifications.
• Maintain relationships with customs authorities to support operations.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements across hubs in Charlotte and Raleigh.
