Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager for GCCS to coordinate strategy across regions, people, processes, and systems. You will drive governance, planning, and executive visibility for high-priority initiatives and ensure measurable field execution.

You will report to the GVP, Global Commercial Customer Success, and collaborate with multiple functions to maximize customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of program management or change management in customer-facing functions
• Experience leading global, multicultural programs with multiple regions and stakeholders
• Ability to translate leadership priorities into integrated plans and governance
• Experience with software process optimization and complex implementations
• Proven ability to use data to drive decisions and manage scope, milestones, risks

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, planning, communications, and adoption for GCCS initiatives
• Translate leadership priorities into integrated plans, milestones, and ownership
• Drive end-to-end delivery of global programs across regions and functions
• Establish program governance, charters, cadences, and decision logs
• Provide executive reporting on progress, risks, and actions
• Develop change-management strategies covering readiness, training, and adoption
• Coordinate across GCCS, Customer Success Ops, GTM, Finance, Sales, Product, and HR
• Improve processes and remove barriers for scalable multi-system execution
• Drive launch readiness, post-launch reviews, and continuous improvement
• Support regional and global QBR preparations for GCCS functions
