DocuSign is seeking a Senior Program Manager, GCCS, to connect strategy with execution across regions and functions. You will drive governance, integrated planning, change management, adoption, and executive visibility for high-priority initiatives, partnering with Operations and cross-functional leaders.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of program management or change management experience.
• Experience leading global, multicultural programs while driving alignment across regions and functions.
• Experience translating priorities into integrated plans, governance, and accountable execution.
• Experience supporting software process optimization and multi-system deployments.
• Experience using data to guide executive decisions and communications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute a comprehensive program that ensures milestones, manages cross-functional dependencies and risks, and measures impact across regions.
• Translate leadership priorities into integrated plans, milestones, owners, decision paths, and measurable outcomes across initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of global programs, aligning teams, processes, and systems from strategy through adoption.
• Establish program governance with charters, cadences, decision rights, logs, and forums for decision-making.
• Provide concise executive reporting on progress, risks, and actions required.
• Develop and execute change-management strategies covering readiness, communications, and training.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align priorities and maintain accountability.
• Drive launch readiness, post-launch reviews, and continuous improvement across initiatives.
• Support QBR preparations for GCCS functions (CSAM, SCM, SH).
