Job summary

SCIEX seeks a Senior Director, Global Customer Service to lead the worldwide customer service organization, shaping strategy and delivering an exceptional customer experience across regions. You will own the quote-to-book process, contract administration and revenue enablement, partnering with Sales, Legal and IT to drive performance.

This role emphasizes operational excellence, accountability for service levels, and driving cost efficiency through DBS and AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, life sciences, finance or related analytical field.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Extensive leadership experience in global customer service operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global customer service across Americas, EMEA and Asia time zones.
• Own quote-to-book, contract administration and revenue enablement.
• Drive operational excellence using Danaher Business System.
