Job summary

SCIEX is seeking a Senior Director, Global Customer Service to lead a complex, multi-region organization. The role drives the end‑to‑end quote‑to‑book process, contract administration and revenue enablement while improving the customer experience and achieving operational excellence through Danaher Business System principles.

The leader will manage a global team across Americas, EMEA and Asia, establish governance, metrics and cost efficiency, and partner with IT, Legal, Finance and Commercial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, life sciences, finance or a related analytical field.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create the global organization by designing and improving the operating model and playbooks.
• Lead global customer service operations across regions and ensure end-to-end quote-to-book performance.
