Qualifications

• Must have 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years with a Master’s degree.
• Proven experience leading portfolios of strategic programs with enterprise-wide impact.
• Experience building and implementing customer and/or partner advisory programs.
• Ability to manage end-to-end lifecycles for complex, cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and manage a global CX Customer Advisory Board program.
• Define and champion a CX Partner Advisory Board across geographies.
• Engage with practitioner programs and drive CX product management and marketing engagement.
• Transform customer and partner insights into actionable, data-driven intelligence to guide decisions.
