Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to design and govern advisory programs that turn customer and partner insights into strategic product roadmaps.

You will orchestrate global CX Customer and Partner Advisory Boards, engaging with communities and CX Product Management to influence prioritization and messaging. As a trusted advisor to executive leadership, you will translate data-driven feedback into actionable plans, drive cross-functional collaboration, and shape investment decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years related experience or Master's with 8+ years.
• Experience leading portfolios of strategic programs with enterprise-wide impact.
• Experience building and implementing customer/partner advisory programs.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end lifecycles for complex, cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and manage a global CX Customer Advisory Board program.
• Define and champion a CX Partner Advisory Board across geographies.
• Engage with Cisco Communities and Ask Cisco IQ; drive CX product management engagement.
• Synthesize customer and partner feedback to guide executive decisions and planning.
