Job summary

Building Automation Products, Inc. (BAPI) is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Wisconsin to deliver professional service to internal and external customers. You will process orders via email, webstore, phone, and portals, provide pricing and shipping information, and manage customer records in our CRM.

Qualifications

• Must have strong data entry accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and operate multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders received through email, webstore, portals, and phone inquiries with accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and giving order, pricing, and shipping information.
• Manage customer accounts, quotations, returns/ RMAs, and related documents in CRM and business systems.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping activities, including export docs, freight inquiries, tracking, and delivery support.
• Maintain accurate customer records, order history, and portal information to support operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Shipping, and other departments to improve the customer experience.
