Pentair in Manitowoc, Wisconsin is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for customers, distributors, service partners, and end users. You will process orders, manage inquiries, and maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a professional phone presence, attention to detail, and the ability to learn products and processes quickly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Business, Communications or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service, order management, inside sales support, or call center experience.
• Manufacturing or B2B customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process customer orders, including changes, cancellations, credits, and returns.
• Maintain high order entry accuracy and attention to detail to support customer satisfaction.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails with professionalism.
• Provide timely information on product availability, pricing, lead times, shipment status, and order updates.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Warranty, Technical Service, and Logistics teams to resolve inquiries.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records in company systems.
• Escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Develop understanding of products, systems, and policies.
