Job summary

Building Automation Products, Inc (BAPI) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide professional customer service to internal and external customers. You will use strong communication and problem-solving skills, with in-depth knowledge of BAPI systems, to answer questions and provide timely solutions.

You will process orders via email, webstore, portals, and phone, coordinate domestic and international shipping, and maintain accurate records across CRM and other systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service, administrative, sales support, or office role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders received through email, webstore, portals, and phone inquiries with accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and providing order, pricing, and shipping information.
• Manage customer accounts, quotations, returns (RMAs), and related documentation in the CRM and business systems.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping activities, export documentation, freight inquiries, shipment tracking, and delivery support.
• Maintain accurate customer records, order history, and portal information to support efficient operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Shipping, and other departments to improve the customer experience.
