Job summary

C4 Technical Services is seeking a Customer Experience Incentive Professional to support AECO Sector and our Global Professional Services and Customer Success teams in administering customer experience incentives and commission programs. This role reports to the Manager of Customer Experience Performance & Compensation and operates globally from Atlanta, GA or Denver/Westminster, CO.

A highly analytical, detail‑oriented candidate with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, Salesforce reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent hands-on experience.
Strong mathematical and analytical ability with attention to detail.
Experience with Google Sheets/Excel and large data sets.

Responsibilities

Support AECO global Commission-related matters, including documentation, calculations, and process improvements.
Maintain and calculate AECO Customer Experience Incentive programs and seller plans for global teams.
Collaborate with Compensation team to solve incentive-related business problems.
Assist in compensation planning and maintenance process improvements.
