Job summary

Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce reporting and analytics.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive compensation data.

Responsibilities

Administer and support global customer experience incentive and commission programs.
Maintain incentive plans and perform commission calculations for team members.
Manage incentive-related documentation, reporting processes, and compensation records with accuracy.
Analyze commission and performance data and resolve discrepancies.
Support process improvements for compensation planning, administration, and reporting.
Develop reports and dashboards to track performance and compensation.
