Job summary

Boulder Connect is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst to design, model, and optimize incentive and variable pay programs across manufacturing and corporate teams. You will analyze sales, operations, and HR data to evaluate plan effectiveness and ensure alignment with business goals.

You will develop financial models, payout calculators, dashboards, and prepare executive-ready presentations, collaborating with HR, Finance, and line leaders to implement and improve incentive strategies.
